Delivery Timeframes

Risky Negotiations currently accept online orders for delivery only to the countries and territories listed in the shipping address dropdown menu on checkout. If your country or region is not listed, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@riskynegotiations.com to inquire about potential alternative delivery options. For all other countries, delivery is handled by priority international postal parcel services (or small packet services), which may include courier delivery depending on the destination. Delivery time typically takes 3-15 business days depending on the destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and relevant delivery updates. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. once your order is packed you will receive a second email with tracking information. We use a range of courier providers and aim to provide the fastest and most convenient shipping possible to each location. Our main couriers include Fedex, Ups, Omniva and DHL.

 On-Demand Items (Made to Order)

Some products are produced on demand and may require up to 10 days for shipping.
You can check whether a product is on demand in the Shipping information section on its product page. In some cases, an item may be marked “Made to Order (if not in stock)” but still be available in stock — in this case, it will be shipped without delay. If your order includes both in-stock and on-demand items, the full order may ship together once all items are ready. In certain cases, items may be shipped separately. On-demand items follow our standard return policy once delivered, unless otherwise noted on the product page. If you’re unsure whether an item is in stock or made to order, please contact us before purchasing — we’ll confirm availability. Producing some items on demand helps us reduce overproduction and waste while maintaining the highest quality standards.

 

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Risky Negotiations is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Taxes & Duties

Depending on your delivery destination, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply upon receipt of your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note that Risky Negotiations is not responsible for notifying customers in advance of any additional charges that may apply after an order has been shipped, nor are we able to refund such fees.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Cost

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@riskynegotiations.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and support you in this process. All shipping’s costs related to exchanges and returns due to “change of mind”, will be paid by customer. Risky Negotiations does not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges unless proven faulty. For faulty items we will cover the postage cost for the returns, however, you are liable for any delivery costs if we refuse the return if it does not meet our standards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund went successfully. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For hygiene and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept and refund any kind of socks unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you. 

 

Sale & Custom Orders

Please note that custom-order items are non-returnable, as they are made specifically to your specifications. Returns will only be accepted for these items if they arrive damaged or faulty. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted or sale items.
